Communications Manual

This communications manual, revised in 2006, helps Granger Community Church have consistent, professional and effective communications. It opens with an overview, and then has a style guide that includes the basics, such as things to watch, punctuation, spelling, grammar, writing for the web, proofreading and editing. Standards and development steps for Communication Vehicles includes information for promotions, PowerPoint, media relations, message transcripts, web use and enewsletters. Graphic Standards are presented for individual ministry logos, event logos and the Wi-Fi graphic. The Appendix gives a sample response library that the church's customer service team can use in response to incoming emails. A contact list is also included that is specific to the church, listing areas of interest. It includes many detailed suggestions and examples.
