Answers to common questions about our products and the purchasing process.

More than likely, your order was complete. It could be that the email address you used was typed in incorrectly on accident or your spam filter has blocked the invoice.

Check your junk mail folder and if it is not there, you can retrieve it from WiredChurches.com by logging in then look on your account page under the heading of 'Orders.' You can view and print off previous orders to have a copy of your invoice.

In the top right-hand corner of the site, click on 'My Cart' to view the items in your cart.

If you wish to change the quantity of an item, under quantity, delete and re-type the correct amount in that field.

Click on 'Update Cart' and you'll be all set with correct quantities before completing your purchase.

At WiredChurches.com, click on the link to Log-In in the top right-hand corner.

You'll then see three tabs with options to Create a Aew Account, Log In or Request a New Password.

You'll want to click on 'Request a New Password' and follow the instructions to have a new password emailed to you.

Once you reset your password, use that new one to log-in and complete your purchase.

Usually if a purchase isn't going through, that means that the billing address you entered for the credit card you're using doesn't match the correct billing ddress for that specific card.

Please verify that you've entered the correct billing address so you can complete your purchase.

We accept payments through VISA and Mastercard.

The WiredChurches.com store was updated in June 2009. If you've purchased a downloadable item since then:

1) Log in to WiredChurches.com. (You'll find the Log-in link at the top right-hand corner of the site.)

2) After logging in by entering your email address and password, it takes you into your account. You'll see tabs across the top of your screen - select the tab labeled 'Files.' Then you can see the file names and the date you purchased them - click on the file name to download and save those files to your computer.

Answers to common questions about registration, schedules, and general information regarding WiredChurches.com events.

Getting Registered

Questions about pricing, walk-ins and workshop/practicum choices.

Each individual needs to register for one specific workshop (you cannot attend more than one workshop during the same day). Even if you are unsure which workshop someone wants to attend, you will still need to choose one workshop to register them for. If you've registered for a workshop and want to change the one you or someone else you registered for is attending, please fill out the Attendee Transfer Form.

Yes. Although we strongly encourage pre-registering online (it saves you $20 per registration), we do accept walk-ins. When you arrive, go to Registration Solutions at the Guest Services kiosk to register and pay.

Early Bird rates are available for workshops at $99 per person if you pre-register online. After the Early Bird deadline, the cost goes up to $119 per person.

Registration Changes

Questions concerning cancellations, change in attendees and/or changes in workshop choice.

There are no refunds available for our Innovate conference. If you contact us prior to Innovate, your registration can be transfered to another person from the same organization for the current conference with no penalty. Want to transfer someone now? Fill out the Attendee Transfer Form.

If you contact us prior to the event, you have the following options:

* Option #1: You can transfer your registration to another person from your church for any of the events offered the same day as the original registration. Please fill out the Attendee Transfer Form.
* Option #2: You can transfer your registration to attend at the next available date. Please fill out the Attendee Transfer Form.

Transfers to future workshops will not be available unless you contact us prior to the event date. We don't offer refunds for any WiredChurches.com events.

In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop or conference you've registered for, here are your options:

WiredChurches.com Workshops:
Refunds are not available for workshops. If you contact us prior to the event to let us know you won't be able to attend, your registration can be transferred to another person from the same organization for that event, or the next available date for no charge. Want to make a transfer? Please fill out the Attendee Transfer Form. If you contact us after the event has occurred, no transfers are available.

Innovate
There are no refunds available for our Innovate conference. If you are unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to another person from the same organization for the current conference with no penalty. Want to make a transfer for this year's conference? Please fill out the Attendee Transfer Form. Transfers to next year's conference aren't available.

Our area of Indiana is on Eastern Time throughout the year. Please take this into consideration as you plan your visit.

General Event Questions

Questions concerning childcare, dress code, workshop materials, tours, audio/DVD recordings of events and exhibitor/sponsorship information.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to provide any audio or DVDs of our Workshops or other events.

We do have audio MP3s and CDs available from previous Innovate conferences.

For workshops held on our campus, lunch is provided as well as two refreshment breaks. For Innovate, two refreshment breaks are provided per day.

If you or another person in your group has special dietary needs, please fill out the Dietary Request form.

Our Connection Café will be open through the afternoon break for those of you who need a little pick-me-up before the day begins. We have a variety of coffee and non-coffee drinks as well as café style snacks.

Please note that there is a cost to the items and that the Café usually closes a few minutes before the start of an event to allow guests enough time to get to their classrooms.

Dress for the WiredChurches.com events is casual. As the date for your event nears, you might want to check Weather.com (using zip code 46530) for the weather outlook.

Yes. We offer tours before workshops and practicums at 8:25 a.m. and after the events at 4:15 p.m.

Sign-up for tours will take place the day of the event. You can see any volunteer for directional assistance. If you are interested in taking a tour at another date (excluding the day prior to events), complete the Tour Request Form. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

All materials needed for the workshops will be provided for you on the day of the workshop. If your specific workshop includes a book as part of the registration, you will pick up the book when you check in along with your other workshop materials.

Yes we do! We have a several different opportunities available at the Innovate Conference as well as advertising sponsorships for WiredChurches.com workshops and practicums.

Although families are important to us, WiredChurches.com events are adult learning environments only. We will not be able to accommodate any children so you will need to make other arrangements.

Children will not be allowed at any event and childcare cannot take place on campus. If it is necessary to bring a nursing infant with you, we will provide a nursing room, but you will have to provide off-site childcare during non-feeding times.
