That’s Going to Leave a Mark (Mark Beeson)
What does it mean to be innovative in your environment? A lot of churches have
good intentions but bad information. Innovation isn’t imitation. It isn’t comfortable;
it’s authentic. Sometimes your church can adopt new methods, but you may not
be able to pull them all off on your own. Get out of your comfort zone. Learn how
to leave a mark in your community without being somebody or something that
you’re not.
Getting People to Notice and Listen (Guy Kawasaki)
Guy will challenge you to think differently about how you’re trying to get
folks to hear your message. Normal people think the church is irrelevant,
condescending, hypocritical, pushy, loud and judgmental. He’s a proven
marketplace “evangelist” here to stretch your thinking about how we can be
better “evangelists” in today’s culture. He’ll tell his story and equip you to be
more effective.

Weekend Series: Directors’ Commentary (Tim Stevens)
What is the strategy behind branding and theming a message series? What
happens from conception to execution and how do you get all the players working
in the same direction? How is it possible for so many people to be involved in the
creativity without losing the core of the message? Tim will unpack the strategy
and philosophy behind series planning at Granger in a session loaded with live
artistic elements.
After Hours Events:
New Community Service (7 p.m. Granger Community Church Auditorium)
Granger Film Festival (8:30 p.m. Granger Community Church Auditorium)

Transferring Communication (Rob Wegner)
Rob talks practically about how to narrow down information overload in
teaching and the supporting elements and to deliver a life-changing message
that’s not only digestible, but leaves people craving their next serving.
After he shares tips on how to narrow it down, he’ll share communication
strategies for any audience - whether you’re speaking to kids, leaders or
the entire church - using object lessons, props, stories, photos and more.

Innovation in Leading Change (Scott Hodge & Troy Gramling)
Scott and Troy talk about their individual learnings from the process of
leading a congregation through change. They’ll share their stories and talk
about the innovative strategies they used to reach new people and bring the
old ones along (or not).
What’s Left When I’m Gone? (Mark Beeson)
What purpose transcends your capacity and what unique mark are you
leaving when your season is gone? What legacy are you building?
What leaders are you developing? What ministry are you multiplying?
Mark will encourage us to find the answers to these questions in his
one-of-a-kind way.
